Protecting the People – An Act to disallow the renewal of a driver’s license until all outstanding warrants have been disposed of in accordance with the law.

Protecting the Consumer – An Act to clarify the definition of food and food ingredients to include dietary supplements for sales and use tax purposes.

Protecting the Environment – An Act to provide tax credit for purchasing renewable resource equipment.

Protecting Education – An Act to establish tax credit for education expenses of dependents.

Protecting Families – An Act to establish a prescription drug monitoring program

Protecting Young Families – An Act to provide tax credit for a parent who chooses to stay at home with his/her young child and to provide for family preservation.
